Desai Tech Weaves LLP (LLPIN ACK-9673) is a limited liability partnership registered under RoC-Ahmedabad on 20 December 2024, with a paid-up capital of ₹1.7 crore. Headquartered in Athwalines, Surat, the company is actively engaged in the manufacture of synthetic and technical fabrics using modern weaving technology.

The firm is part of the Desai Group, which has over 35 years of experience in textile manufacturing, weaving, and yarn preparatory processes. The group began operations in the 1980s in Surat and expanded its base in Sachin GIDC with large-scale weaving machines and preparatory divisions to ensure self-sufficiency in yarn preparation. Over the years, the group invested in modernization, installing waterjet looms and sizing units, which significantly improved production efficiency and built a strong reputation in the Surat textile market.

Currently, Desai Tech Weaves LLP operates 72 waterjet looms, producing technical fabrics for the domestic market. With a clear expansion vision, the company plans to add 120 new looms, bringing the total to 192, and diversify into renewable energy generation (solar power) to strengthen sustainability.
