TL500 Fluids are advanced synthetic polymer-based finishing oils developed for industrial and textile applications. With a viscosity grade of 1000 cSt, they provide excellent fibre-to-fibre and fibre-to-metal lubricity, reducing static heat build-up during high-speed stitching. Their anti-singe and abrasion-resistant properties improve thread durability, while conferring a smooth, lustrous finish to yarns. As a non-ionic, neutral pH liquid, TL500 Fluids ensure compatibility across textile processes, making them a reliable alternative to silicone emulsions. Packaged in 50 kg drums, they maintain stability with a shelf life of 12 months.
