The company “BONUS PLASTICS Pvt Ltd” –was established in the year 1988 to manufacture PP Multifilament Yarn in 400/ 600 / 840 / 1000 / 1200 / 2000 /2500 /3000 Deniers in Natural as well as 20 other standard shades – all Bright as well as dull colors as per customer’s requirement. This yarn finds applications to further manufacture PP WEBBINGS [ BELTS / STRAPS ], BRAIDS, THREADS etc.
We have installed three Extrusion lines of Imported High Tenacity Polypropylene Multifilament Yarn manufacturing unit with the help of which, we can manufacture good quality yarn with minimum denier variation. The company has installed 39 sophisticated imported HIGH SPEED NEEDLE LOOMS to manufacture Narrow Woven Fabrics from – POLYPROPYLENE, POLYESTER, NYLON etc.
The production capacity of PP MULTIFILAMENT YARN is @ 200 Metric Tons per month with the help of around 120 employees at our factory. The yarn finds applications in Webbings, Cords, Ropes, Braids, Sewing Threads in Woven Sacks, Geo Textiles, and Mattresses etc
The company manufactures Narrow Woven Fabrics – BELTS which are widely used in / as SOFT LUGGAGE BAGS, SCHOOL BAGS, THERMOWARE, TROUSER BELTS, CAMERA BELTS, SAFETY BELTS, GARMENTS, FOOTWEAR STRAPS etc The company can weave belts from 5 mm to 110 mm in width and from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm in thickness. The production capacity is 12.0 million meters per year. The company supplies Belts made from POLYPROPYLENE, POLYESTERS, etc.
Both the products are sold under the brand name “BONUS” and are very popular in India for its QUALITY, FINISH, STRENGTH, WEAVES, COLORS, and DESIGNS etc.
