Waterless, Salt-free Supercritical CO₂ Dyeing Machines for All Textiles using Conventional Dyes:
SUPRAUNO®, developed by Deven Supercriticals, is a internationally patented, sustainable waterless dyeing and finishing technology that revolutionizes textile dyeing using Supercritical CO₂ as the dyeing medium instead of water. Our innovative solution, for the first time in the world, enables the waterless use of conventional dyes & their traditional tri-chrome recipes in sustainable dyeing of various natural & man-made fabric types, including Cotton, Linen, Viscose, Wool, Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic, and their Blends, using Supercritical CO₂. It is suitable for waterless, sustainable dyeing of all types of Fabrics (Knited, woven & non-woven), Yarns as well as Fibres.
SUPRAUNO® further requires no reduction clearing for polyester, uses no salt for cotton, improves overall dye utilization, follows single bath dyeing of textile blends, and uses up to 90% lesser auxiliary chemicals, which otherwise would have ended up in the wastewater. Thus, it substantially reduces Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) load, lowering batch times, leading to ~50% lesser energy load. Experience the benefits of an eco-friendly dyeing technology to color all with SUPRAUNO®.
