TFO TWISTER – R SERIES

The R-Series is a TFO twisting machine designed specifically for low-TPM and binding twisting of high-tenacity filament yarns. It processes polyester and nylon filament yarns and prepares them for use as workable warp and weft yarns.

With a maximum take-up speed of up to 120 metres per minute and spindle speed of up to 11,000 RPM, the R-Series supports yarn packages up to 3.0 kg knotless. It is particularly suitable for high-tenacity yarns used in technical and functional fabrics, sewing threads and twines. The machine incorporates individual bi-conical tapering, edge breaking and anti-patterning for controlled yarn package formation.
