Detailed Description
About :
This machine transforms flat, stiff, and shiny synthetic yarn (like POY) into bulky, crimped, and elastic yarn that feels closer to natural wool or cotton. It does this by running the yarn through a high-temperature heater, twisting it tightly using high-speed friction discs, cooling it to set the memory of the twist, and then untwisting it.
Minimum Quantity Required : 3 kg (POY – minimum 1 package/bobbin)
Yarn Compatibility : Polyester, Polypropylene, etc.
Process Speed : 600 meters per minute
Number of Spindles : 12 spindles (for simultaneous yarn drawing)
Temperature Control : Up to 200°C (Maximum setting)
Twist Mechanism : Friction disc-type assembly
